Xiamen Suangshi Mould Industry Co.Ltd is a special mould manufacturer integrated with design,manufacturing
and marketing as a whole and has a membership of Xiamen Mold Profession Assocation.It is located in Fujian province Xiamen city,a coastal city opening to the outside world enjoying beautiful scenery and convenient transportation .
The company has under steady growth since its establishment in 1996.At present, it has covered an area of 5000㎡with a tality of 130employees. It has brought up a large team of technical cadre for mould processing, among which 20 are special engineering personnel while over 40 are excellent mould producers.
The company attaches great importance to quality management and technology renovation.Apart from absorbing advanced moud technology in the world,we also actively introduce advanced mould processing equipments,including machines like Taiwan CNC numerical processing center ,EDM,wire cutting machine ,milling machine,grinding machine,lathe,3D projectors and injection machine etc. With these 40 advanced equipments,our output can reach 1000 sets mould annually. At the same time.we also apply internationally leading software to the design(such as CAD,CAM and CAE )combined with our years of mould design and manufacturing experience to ensure the high quality and high standard of our products.
Our company specializes in the production of plastic mould,die casting mould,rubber mould,blow mould,aluminum wares and zinc alloy.The products are widely used in areas bathroom appliances,electronic furnishments,toys,commodities,office appliances,exercise equipments,cars,motocycle accessories and so on.Our products are exported to many countries like USA,England,Turkey,Japan,Argentina,Russia and Vietnam with high reputation.
