ZS-100WX CO2 laser power supply
Feature：
1. Input analog signal(0~5V) or PWM is selected to
control the output laser power on this 100w laser power supply unit.
2. The 100w laser power supply unit has H/L/P/G/IN/5V control signal interface.
3.The air cooling laser power supply unit's control interface is applicable to high/low level signal. TTL level is to control the on/off of the laser power with a protective switch to check water-flow and ventilation.
4. The 100w laser power supply unit can match with RECI, EFR, SPT, Yongli, Weiju and other brands' 140-145cm sealed glass type CO2 laser lamp. The external LCD laser power supply unit selects zero-current half-bridge soft-switch circuit to make sure the air cooling laser power supply unit has high efficiency and fast response speed.
5. WX means it can support LCD display screen.This laser engraving power supply unit can use an external LCD module. It can display common fault codes, output current and working status. It is helpful for operators to understand the working state of 100w laser power supply unit and solve problems quickly. In addition, the output current can also be changed by the rotating potentiometer of the LCD module. 4 or 8 channels display screen is optional.
6.This100w laser power supply unit is equipped with good quality bearing type cooling fan. Better heat dissipation can protect the internal electronic components of this power supply.
7.This air cooling laser power supply unit has RED TEST button to easily figure out CO2 power supplies or CO2 laser tube's failure. It is very easy and simple to remove trouble.
8.Each external LCD laser power supply unit before selling will go through the aging check:
(1) sustain 10 hours at temperature 60 Degrees Celsius under full-load condition;
(2) 500 times on/off check for 7 seconds.
9.The 100w laser power supply unit is well grounded, which can ensure the safety of operators. At the same time, the air cooling laser power supply unit also has an open circuit protection function, which allows the external LCD laser power supply unit to work for a short time in the open circuit state.
10.It uses the latest silicon carbide to replaces traditional transistors. The silicom carbide has high efficiency, low heat generation and low failure rate characteristics.Which make the 100W CO2 power supply more suitable for long-time uninterrupted works in hot environment.
