Material: 304 S/S, 316S/S, copper
Heating method: Electric/ gas fired/steam
Brew house:
1) 300L mash/lauter tank+ 200L boiling/whirlpool tank, with optional hot water tank
2) 300L Mash/boiling tank+200L lauter/whirlpool tank, with optional hot water tank
3) 300L Mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank, with optional hot water tank
Configured with Pump, sanitary grade piping, valves etc, Stir for mash and lauter, ABB motors, wedge wired filter plate, Designed platform
The whole unit could be installed on the same platform
Fermenter:
The same or double sized capacity, Double layers, jacketed or non jacketed, conical bottom, with valve, pressure gauge, breathe valve, hose etc
Tank quantity customized.
Cooling unit: Chiller+ice liquor tank+ pump etc, R407c Freon.
Control: Temp/motor/pump control etc. PID or PLC
Other: 300kg/h double roller malt mill, 50L CIP unit
