Product Description:
Our thermal CTP plates feature a photosensitive coating designed for thermal laser systems operating
at an 830 nm wavelength. They can be imaged directly by near-infrared lasers at approximately 830 nm, eliminating the need for conventional film-based intermediate processes.
The plates offer fast imaging speed, stable halftone dot reproduction, simplified plate-making procedures, and suitability for automated production. They are widely used in commercial printing, book and magazine printing, packaging printing, label printing, and various short- to medium-run offset printing applications.
Available plate thicknesses include 0.15 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, and 0.35 mm. Different thicknesses and plate sizes can be selected according to printing press models, print-run requirements, and format requirements, providing printing companies with stable, efficient, and flexible digital prepress solutions.
