5.Chemical composition:CL2: C≤0.24, P≤0.035, S≤0.035, Mn=0.70- 1.35, Si=0.15-0.50
6.Mechanical property:Yield strength≥415MPa, Tensile strength≥ 550-690MPa, Elongation in 2 in. [50mm], min, %≥22%
