A537CL2, produce according to SA537CL2, heat-treated carbonmanganese-silicon steel plates intended for
fusion welded pressure vessels and structures.
Other grade: ASTM A537CL1, A537CL2+S3+S5, A537CL3
Specifications following:
1.Thickness*width*length:8-220mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2.Adopting standards:A 537/A 537M-95 (Reapproved 2000)
3.General Requirements for Pressure Vessels:ASME SA20/20M
4.Supplied in the as-rolled condition:Normalized or Quenching + tempered
5.Chemical composition:CL2: C=<0.24, P=<0.035, S=<0.035, Mn=0.70- 1.35, Si=0.15-0.50
6.Mechanical property:Yield strength>=415MPa, Tensile strength>= 550-690MPa, Elongation in 2 in. [50mm], min, %>=22%
7.Ultrasonic test:ASTM435/A435M-90 or S12(ASTM A578M-96)
8.Delivery time:30-60 days
9.Payment term:T/T or L/C
