Product Description:
Fixed Belt Conveyor is commonly used to transport material continuously. Belt conveyor machine system
are combination of many things including the rack, conveyor belt, pulley, rollers, tension devices, driving device and other components. A fixed belt conveyer can work harmoniously with other machineries in creating a seamless transport lines.
Working Principle
Typical fixed belt conveyers consist of two ends consisting of two pulleys with a closed conveyer belt. The drive pulley or the tow drum will be the one that will drive the whole system and make the conveyer belt move. On the other hand, a bend drum is utilised to change the direction of the conveyer belt. Force is created by the motor which then conveys it to the reducer which will turn the tow drum. The movement of the conveyer belt is achieved when there is sufficient friction between the conveyer belt and the tow drum. The material transported must have sufficient friction against the conveyer belt for it to move.Fixed belt are usually used to transport bulk materials or bagged goods, such as stone, sand, coal, concrete, cement, gravel, fertilizer, mineral ore, limestone, coke, sawdust, wood chip, bulk material, grain, corn flakes, carbon black.
