Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Machine from Acorefiltration uses electromagnetic induction principle
to change the AC voltage of the device, the main components are primary coil, secondary coil and core. The main functions are: voltage conversion, current conversion, impedance conversion, isolation, voltage regulator and so on. According to purifying insulating oil in the different voltage transformers, the vacuum transformer oil purifier machine is divided to single stage and double stages high vacuum transformer oil purification system
Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Machine consists of iron core (or core) and coil, the coil has two or more than the winding, which connected to the power supply winding called the primary coil, the rest of the winding called secondary coil. It can transform AC voltage, current and impedance. The simplest core consists of a soft magnetic material made of iron core and set on the core of the two turns of the coil composition.
Transformer maintenance, the new oil filled in transformer in the use of 1-2 years, the oil must be extracted and use Transformer Oil Purification System to remove impurities, moisture, harmful gases (mainly Anhui hydrogen gas), so that purified oil meet the new oil standards for reusing. This is also saving energy, saving production costs.
