Aluminum Stranded Wire (ACSR) is composed of two parts:
●Steel core: The center is made of high-strength steel wire, which provides mechanical strength, supports the conductor, and withstands tension.
●Aluminum strands: The outer layer consists of multiple aluminum wires stranded together, responsible for electrical conduction. The aluminum wires are stranded around the steel core in layers, typically 1 to 3 layers.
Application Range
1. Transmission Lines
