Product Description:We specialize in exportation of high-quality castings(esp. precision castings), forgings and stamping
parts. We have various castings such as gray cast irons, ductile cast irons, normal steel castings, refractory steels, aluminium alloys and copper alloys. The technological level of large-scale complex crankshaft in hammer die forging and the quality of the forgings are in the lead across China. We possess first crankshaft suspension hardening and tempering line in China and first full flexible crank shaft mass centering machine production line in Asia. The castings and forgings include mating parts and components used in such trades as automobile, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, power machinery, mining, metallurgy, electricity and marine power.
We also possess more than 100 advanced mechanical presses. So we can produce large thin-plate members, medium thick plate members and king-sized stamped members. Several welding production lines are used in the welding production of medium-sized and heavy-duty vehicle bodies and the driver's cabs of various kinds of tractors respectively.
