Application: Packaging materials for COB packaging workshop
Anti-static protective tape is also known as PE black conductive tape, black conductive tape, black anti-static protective tape, black conductive film, PCB conductive tape, circuit board conductive tape, anti-static cover tape, black conductive film tape, black conductive Film strip, SIM card protection tape, UIM card protection tape, mobile phone chip card protection tape, etc.
The black conductive anti-static protective tape is made of black conductive polyethylene material specially formulated by the company. It has good electrostatic discharge performance and mechanical properties. It is closely entangled with the protected product. No matter how long it is placed, it will never drop powder. Dust, it will not produce yellow spots or other impurities on the surface of the product.
The high-grade black conductive film of the company has high quality in the industry, high temperature and no loss of powder for a long time, no yellow spots remain;
Surface resistance 10^3-6Ω/Square;
The width of the supply can be from 5mm to 1250mm, and the length of the whole roll can be divided into 400-600 meters;
Excellent dimensional stability, smooth surface without powder;
has good rigidity and toughness and good tensile and impact resistance;
The adapted ambient temperature range is also large;
Static discharge time of PE Antistatic Protective Belt: <1.0sec;
The surface resistance value can be adjusted according to user requirements. The thickness and size specifications can be customized according to requirements.
