APZCQ series Vacuum degasser is the 2nd purification equipment in drilling fluids circulation system.
It is used to get rid of invaded gas in the drilling mud during well drilling. Usually we suggest operate vacuum degasser when drill a well deeps 3000m or more.
The function of vacuum degasser is breaking the air and gas out, such as methane, H2S, and CO from the mud to the surface. Usually, fluid is sucked from shaker tank under vacuum force. Furthermore, vacuum degasser plays the role of agitation on drilling fluid. Based on universal design, Aipu vacuum degasser can be customized according to your practical demand.
