Product Description:
1. Working Principle
The belt feeder, a novel eco-friendly, energy-saving and efficient product, is
characterized by adopting a continuous conveying type feeding mode instead of the gap reciprocating type feeding mode of the traditional K reciprocating feeder.
The materials in the bin enter a material-guiding groove through a connecting segment and then fall on the wire belt; when the wire belt is stationary, the materials finally stop moving by internal friction and form the stationary piling at a certain angle on a material outlet; when the driving roller is driven by external force and then rotates, the rubber belt is driven to move and guides the materials on it to the material outlet, the rubber belt returns when it reaches the material outlet and finishes the material discharge, and the materials are continuously discharged by the material outlet, so that the feeding process is completed; the secondary sealing device will seal the materials leaking from the gap between the material-guiding groove and the rubber belt;
For the change of the feeding amount, regulate the speed-regulating hand wheel of the planetary frictional type step less speed changing device of the rocking arm to change the rotary speed of the output shaft and the operating speed of the shell belt so as to change the feeding amount; or add a frequency converter to change the rotary speed of the motor so as to change the feeding amount.
When the belt feeder is operating, the main load of the system is mainly supported by the rolling bearing, so that the operating resistance is low, the driving power needed by the equipment is low, and the operating life of all parts of the system is long.
2. Advantages of GLD Belt Feeder
a. The machine is smooth in operation, low in noise, high in feeding speed, thick in material layer and high in feeding amount;
b. The feeding amount is continuously adjusted. The frequency converter can be added to realize the on-line step less regulation of the feeding amount;
c. The wire core and the double-sided resistance net conveying belt can resist impact and tearing, and their common service lives are more than 3 years;
d. The inner sides of the material-guiding groove are both provided with δ12cm(thickness) NM360 highly wear-resistant lining plates (according to customers’ requirements), so that the equipment is more durable;
e. Adopt the unique anti-misalignments device; under the effective limit of effective sealing, the common defects of the misalignments of the belt and the damage to the belt are eliminated, and its overlong running relieves you of worries;
f. Compared with the reciprocating feeder, the machine is low in power, good in electricity-saving effect, low in operating cost and good in economical efficiency;
g. By employing a mature technology, the product is characterized by good part universality, light weight, reliable performance and convenient maintenance;
h. The auxiliary device is sound and can bear the warehouse pressure of the bin and the bottom of the warehouse; the structure is simple and reliable, the machine is conveniently to disassemble, assemble, install and transport, the operating functions are sound, and the adaptability is wide;
i. The machine realizes the remote control, so that the mining companies can conveniently realize the automated production.
