carbon, charcoal, clay, coke breeze, coal, cryolite, chemical fertilizer, plastic, limestone and other materials ball pressing or granulating, reduce dust, control bulk density, increase the combustion value, improve the transportation characteristic. Double roller briquette machine mainly used in coal powder forming; dry powder forming; desulfurization gypsum forming; coke powder forming; iron scrap and every kinds of metal ore powder forming.
Double Roller Briquette Machine Hydraulic Protection Equipment
Hydraulic protection equipment, hydraulic pump shot the high pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, cause the piston start axial movement. Former head of the piston rod against to the bearing housing to meet production pressure requirements. When the materials are overload or metal block into the middle of the two rollers, Hydraulic cylinder plug rod pressure overload, hydraulic pump will stop, Accumulator dampening effect on pressure changes, turn back to the oil spill, the piston rod displacement increasing the gap between the pressure roller and make the hard object through the pressure roller, the system pressure returned to normal, and keep the pressure roller from damage. The machine can adjust the pressure according to ball press density requirements and production flexibility.
