Capability and Characteristic:
1, Mechanical stepless speed regulation of friction wheel speed reducer,
stable in operation.
2, In the whole layout, working status of each functional part is viewable well, and it is easy and convenient to install, adjust, replace, maintain and operate.
3, Parallelism of hot-sealing roller is adjustable (original in China).
4, Adopting vibrating material feed, to screen out scraps and dust for good quality of packaging.
5, PLC control, operating on touch screen. Words and numeric display, automatic counting, automatic halt of failure and words indication.
6, Full-closed structure and protection for safety and compliance with GMP requirements.
Main Function:
Automatic material filling, automatic roller pressing hot-sealing, pressing slitting lines vertically and horizontally on medicine card, printing batch number, scrap edge-cutting on double sides, automatic medicine card cutting and output.
Applicable Object:
Al-Al light-proof packaging for solid articles such as pills, capsules in medical industry, electronic components and elements.

Al and plastic compound membrane: 0.08× 160 mm
