Semi automatic feeding equipment for ton bags
The ton bag unpacking machine has two unpacking methods
to choose from. One is the familiar automatic unpacking mode. After the ton bag material enters the equipment, it is cut through by a cutting knife to unload the material. This method is simple, fast, and does not require manpower. However, many companies want to implement recycling of packaging bags in order to reduce investment costs and avoid resource waste. Therefore, we have designed a ton bag unpacking machine that can implement a manual unpacking mode. The ton bag unpacking machine for manual unpacking has changed its previous unpacking mode and upgraded the automatic cutting device to a manual unpacking operation window. This design avoids damage to the material bag caused by the cutting blade, ensures the recycling of the material bag, reduces enterprise investment, and brings certain benefits.
Technical Parameter
(1) The bag opening station has a simple structure and is easy to operate;
(2) The tapping mechanism breaks the clumps during the bag opening process to ensure the smooth progress of the next process;
(3) Improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity;
(4) Equipped with dust removal interface, installation
The dust removal device can prevent dust from flying, improve the working environment, and reduce production costs;
(5) Opening the bag, tapping, compact structure, and convenient operation;
(6) Can be directly connected to equipment such as hoppers and reaction kettles for use;
(7) Can provide pneumatic or electric control methods for remote monitoring;
(8) Applicable working conditions: Large bag packaging materials for ordinary materials and materials with poor fluidity, easy moisture absorption, and clumping.
