By using imported high-precise ball screw drive and high positioning servo control
technology and combining with YR-CNC-BT auto measuring software developed by us and university jointly, this machine makes high-efficient and accurate measurement in large quantities available. It is suitable for inspection and quality control of precise parts, and widely used in industries of machinery, electronics, metal, plastic etc.
Features
1. X.Y.Z axis is driven by Japan “Cool Muscle” Servo motor, high positioning accuracy, smooth operation
2. Originally imported Japan 1/2” 0.43M Pixel color CCD Camera
3. Originally imported American Navitar 0.7-4.5X Motorized auto magnification Zoom Lens
4. X.Y.Z axis adopts high precise granite, so the performance is very stable.
5. Programmable constant current driven 8 division LED ring surface light as a very good light source system can provide very good illumination effects.
6. Functional full-auto measuring software model YR - CNC - BT can program and measure automatically
