rugs and 6 million m2 carpet tile annually
which include Axminster, Wilton, Carpet tile (Modular carpet), Printed carpet, Machine Tufted carpet, Hand tufted carpet and Rug.
We are awarded the International ISO9001 management certificate, ISO14001 Environment certificate, Health and Safety certificate, CRI Green Plus Certificate, IMO Marine Carpet Certificates, All of our carpets have passed the test of USA and EC standards, We are the leading carpets & rugs manufacturer for hotels, residential and marine carpets of Cruise, Vessel and Ship.
The carpet bidding are becoming more and more keen competitive, Chinese labor are cheaper, Our carpets are good and cheaper enough to win in keen competition, More and more carpet distributors and suppliers from all over the world have used our carpet or custom make (customize) carpets in our factory, With our made carpets they have got much more orders and profits than before.

1. Our specialized engineers and technicians, skilled workers with 35 years experience are the root of good quality:
(1.1) The CAD computer design system EasyMap, Texcelle and Design Workshop from Netherlands Nedgraphic Co.
(1.2) Every process have inspector to control the quality, Only after inspected and qualified the process can be conveyed to the next process, Every carpet and process have the Trace Record including the Operator and Inspector’s names.
2. Our selected fine raw materials are the base of good quality:
(2.1) Wool from New Zealand and British, Our carpets are awarded New Zealand wool mark by New Zealand Wool Board
and British Wool mark by the Association of British Wool.
(2.2) Nylon from American Invista and Solutia with stain-proof, abrasion-proof and anti-static properties.
(2.3) The jute yarn from Bangladesh.
(2.4) The latex from Australia Dow and BASF for environment protection.
(2.5) Scotchgard anti-stain compounds from American 3M.
(2.6) The dyestuff from Switzerland Ciba and Germany Dystar for environment protection.
3. Our advanced machines are the efficient tools of good quality:
(3.1) All of the Axminster looms are computer controlled electronic jacquard, which can weave 8 to 15 colors ( frames).
(3.2) All of the Wilton looms are computer controlled electronic jacquard, which can weave 5 to 8 colors ( frames).
(3.3) The tufted machines from Cobble, Tuftco, CMC are also computer controlled, which produce Loop pile tufted, Cut pile tufted, Multi-level pile tufted, High cut low loop pile tufted carpets.
(3.4) Total 5 sets of drying equipments including 2 sets for carpet tile, Three carpet tile production lines:
Improved asphalt ( bitumen) backing carpet tile production line imported from Taiwan, PVC backing carpet tile production line and advanced technologies from U.K., Japan and Korea, Polyurethane (PU) soft cushion backing carpet tile production line imported from U.S.A
(3.5) The printed machines are chrome jet printing which can make 16 colors.
(3.6) The BCF yarn extruder from Italian Filteco which can produce 5700, 000.00 kgs BCF yarn annually, We can supply the BCF yarn for you.
(3.7) The heat-set machines (including Freize yarn machines) from French Superba.
(3.8) The twisting machines from German Volkman.
