Product Usage:
This machine is suitable
for cloth, paper, paint, plywood, leather, floor tiles, glass, natural plastics, etc. The test method is that the rotating sample bears a pair of abrasion wheels, and the specified load is applied. When the sample rotates, the abrasion wheel is driven to wear the sample. The abrasion loss weight is the weight difference of the sample before and after the test.

Feature:
1. Adopt high precision load sensor, the error can be controlled within 1%, better than±2% standards.
2. Plastic cover can protect measurement head from damage, can preset angle, stainless steel clamp, long time use.
3. High resolution color touch screen operation system, Aluminum control panel, check or delete the testing records randomly. When it connected to a computer, it can automatically saves test results, also can display test curves of compression resistance and save.
4. Use standard weight or force measurement device for the accuracy of the calibration value for instrument, convenient user or measurement, the calibration department (third party) with standard weight force calibration value.
5. The instrument has three types (type A, type B, type C). The scope of its range can apply to all paper and cardboard stiffness test. Type A is often used in cardboard (such as white paper, gray paperboard, cattle paperboard, etc.). Type B is often used in the paper, copy paper, kraft paper, laminating paper, etc.).
