China Multi-Purpose Circulating Water Vacuum Pump
The pump adopts gas ballast valve which can well rule
out water vapor. The gas ballast can fill the air for exhaust compartment, which can reduce vapor ultimate partial pressure, the vapor will be removed. So the gas ballast can well remove the vapor in the pump oil, which can prolong the pump service time and prevent the mix for oil and water vapor.

SHZ-D(III) water vacuum pump is the best choice to support the lab rotary evaporator to complete the whole evaporation process efficiently. It provides vacuum condition for evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration depressurization, degassing and other processes.Water vacuum pumps are oil-free, chemical resistant and easy-to-maintain. Vacuum up to 20 mbar is generated by water flow via Venturi Effect.

• Oil free, corrosion resistant, reliable
• All major valves and parts made of PTFE, ideal for chemical-related operation
• No oil changes, no cold trap required for water/ alcohol solutions
• Easy to maintain for laboratory environment
• Designed to work with rotary evaporators, vacuum filtration, etc
• High quality anti-corrosion shell; newly-developed 5 taps can work separately or together with 5-way pipe (optional) to
increase the extraction capacity and match working with large rotary evaporators and reactors
• Cooper jet and PP triple-valve, check valve and suction mouth
• More extraction capacity compared with desktop vacuum pump
• Flexible moving around with steering wheels
• Eligible for extracting corrosive gas
