Shenchong CNC Sheet Metal Hydraulic Guillotine Shear power slipway hydraulic system is mainly composed
of the following basic circuits:
Limited pressure variable pump and speed control valve combined speed control circuit;
Differential connection speed increasing circuit;
Electro-hydraulic directional control valve circuit;
Travel valve and solenoid valve speed changeover circuit;
Speed regulating valve in series secondary feed circuit.
CNC Sheet Metal Shear Hydraulic System Characteristics
Due to the use of pressure-limiting variable pump, after fast forward into working feed, no overflow power loss. Therefore, its efficiency is higher.
Because of the use of differential connection loop, the choice of pump and energy utilization is more economical and reasonable.
Shenchong shearing machine adopts pressure limiting variable pump, speed regulating valve and stroke valve for speed changeover. So it makes the speed changeover more stable.
Furthermore, it uses mechanically controlled stroke valves. Position control is accurate and reliable.
SC Shears adopt the limited pressure type variable pump and the speed control valve union speed control loop, and sets the back pressure valve on the return oil path. This improves the smoothness of the sliding table motion and obtains better speed-load characteristics.
