The FT-420
CNC machine is made of Mihanna steel, with a 45-degree inclined lathe bed structure which increases the mechanical stability and maintains the long-term accuracy. Both X-axis and z-axis adopt the linear slide guideways of high rigidity. Combined with the best span design, low resistance, high rigidity, the best processing efficiency can be achieved, and feed speed is up to 30 m / min.
Equipped with Japan's FANUC or Mitsubishi control system of high stability, controllers are very powerful; Combined with the best parameters adjustment, machines are of high-speed and high-precision.
Two axes employs class C3 abrasive ballscrew of high-precision, Japan NSK gradient ball bearings with double-nut caps are adopted on both fixed sides, which makes the scheduled positioning accuracy more stable.
Cam shaped hydraulic turret is of high-speed and high precision. It is very rapid to change tools; and it only takes 0.25 seconds to change tool, positioning accuracy is 0.0002mm.
When guide screws do the screw pitch compensation, the high-precision optical laser equipment ensures that the positioning accuracy of the lathe is the same no matter where the machine is, in this way the accuracy and stability of the processing pieces can be enhanced.
Spindles adopt high-precision bevel ball bearings, and these spindles made of aluminum alloy have been corrected and balanced to reduce the burden of the free play hydraulic cylinder, the standard rotate speed is up to 6000 rpm.
