CNCXG series of CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine is a kind of equipment that can automatically calculate
and cut the intersection line hole, intersection line end, elbow (shrimp joint) for various steel pipes and nonferrous metal pipes. This machine is used widely in the cutting of pipeline components in such industries as construction, chemical, ship-building, machinery engineering, metallurgy, electricity etc. In the past, this kind of processing was mainly performed with backward and complicated operation techniques such as prototype making, lineation, manual proofing, manual cutting, manual polishing etc.
It is very convenient for CNCXG series of CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine to process this kind of work without calculation, programming but inputting the pipe radius, intersection angle, etc. for the pipe intersection system, then the machine can automatically cut the intersection line, intersection line hole and welding bevel of the pipe.
