Coalesce Cartridge

Product Description:
Coalescent cartridge is made from various materials under a high-tech manufacturing process. It has a
strong water adsorption capability and can filter mechanical impurities. It can also filter water that has coalesced, emulsified and deemulsified to coalesce with bigger water particulates to facilitate the next stage of filtration.
Coalescent cartridge mainly uses treated fiberglass or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) fiber as coalescent medium, and is expertly designed for exceptional coalescene capability. Filtration accuracy can reach as high as 0.1 um.
Filtering principle:
Oil, water and other fluid particles will be captured by superfine fiber inside the coalesce machine. These microfiber guides the air flow to move sinusodially, forcing solid and mist particles to collide with one another, capturing them in the process, directly and indirectly. The surface tension allows smaller particulates to coalesce into bigger ones and due to gravatational pull, they fall into the collecting reservoir below.

Fiber glass coalescence cartridge
It is made of high-density gradient fiber glass and designed as an integral single-tube structure to reduce damage and leakage. Through dewatering and deoiling, the cartridge surface can meet various accuracy level requirements.
Product structure:
Size: outer diameter 4-1/2”; length 18/36”
Cartridge frame: stainless steel or other material.
Performance parameters:
Original pressure difference: ≤ 0.5 PSI
Replacement is recommended at the following pressure difference: ＜0.5 PSI
Designed temperature range: -60 ~ 300℉
Filtering accuracy: 0.3, 0.5, 1, 5, 10μm
