Product Description:
LSU-388 Series Packing Machine is used to pack solid or powder materials, such as popcorn, snacks food,
shrimp slice, peanuts, chocolate, seed, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, nuts, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.
Fully automatic and continuous for packing many kinds of food or materials.
A microcomputer controlled by a sensor signal processing microcomputer and settings to complete the synchronization all, bags long, positioning, automatic tracking of the cursor, automatic fault diagnosis and display on screen.
This packing machine has combined many functions into one: Weighing materials - Making bag – Filling materials – Filling air or nitrogen (needs additional air compressor or nitrogen generator) – Sealing bag – Hitting holes – Printing date & code.
Polyester / polyethylene, nylon composite film, enhanced composite films, BOPP, etc. packaging materials.
Reasonable construct, its operation and maintenance are very convenient.
Equipped with safety protection, comply with firm’s safety management requirements.
Use intelligent temperature controller to have accurate temperature; ensure the artistic and neat seal.
Imported PLC computer control system with human-machine interface.
Touch screen is simple and direct-viewing in operation.
Excellent complete machine performance and nice packing.
Minimize the loss with complete automatic alarm protection function.
