Product Description:
Corner Bead With Reinforce Flange have a smooth round nose bead with diamond nesh wings for the keying
of plaster right up to the nose of the bead.
This expanded sheet beads are easy to install designed with wave margin and nail holes for fixing. This Flat Mesh Sheet insures a perfect bond and provides effective reinforcement where most needed. The expanded mesh wings are easily flexed to adapt to framing irregularities and to match appropriate screed heights. Straight edge nose is easy to install and permits plumb straight outside corners. Excellent protection for corridor corners exposed to traffic.
Perforated Angle Coner Bead with Reinforced Flange
Using this sheet is very quick and simple by applying plaster dabs to the wall at both sides of the corner at approximately 600mm intervals. The bead is then placed against the corner and the mesh wings are then firmly placed in to the dabs of plaster resulting in the bead being set firmly and projecting sufficiently to the required thickness of the plaster on both sides of the corner. The corner of the bricks is fixed by using galvanized nails or wire tying. Lengths are available in standard as well as custom made lengths. Wing length ranges from 35mm to 45m. Bead length is available in 2 metre, 2.4 metre and 3.4 metres.
