Product Description:
Canned pump is a no leakage pump composed of canned motor and pump. The pump has the main parts such
as pump body, impeller, stator, rotor, front and rear bearings and thrust disc and other parts. The stator and rotor are separated by non magnetic corrosion resistant thin wall sleeve respectively. The rotor is supported by front and rear bearings and immersed in the conveying medium. So no dynamic seal is needed to prevent the leakage of the conveying medium.
Canned pump is absolutely no leakage. When pump case is in negative pressure, external air will not be sucked. Canned pump is especially suitable for vacuum system operation; At the same time it is also suitable for high pressure, high melting point, high and low temperature medium.
Canned pump has compact structure, small volume, light weight and no cooling fan, low noise, wide range of use, reliable operation which can provide a relatively good working environment.
Canned pump has environmental protection and safety. CP Horizontal stainless steel chemical industry canned pump is very suitable to transfer flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and valuable liquid in chemical, petrochemical, and other industries.
