Ore washing machine
Kunding Ore Washing Machine is applied to steel manufacture, metallurgical extraction,
chemical industry and building materials, the mineral dressing of tin, iron, tungsten, manganese, gold, silver, etc. It is an ideal machine for companies who have ore and stones cleaned because it can avoid the clay clogging crushers and screening equipment.
Operating principle
This series of Ore Washing Machine has a wide range of applications to ore easy or difficult to wash. Those ore containing 20% more slime will clog ore crushers and troughs, while Kunding Ore Washing Machine, based on such principle as granules of different sizes and weight have different sedimentation rates in liquid, can separate the ore containing 20% more slime from the slime completely through spiral agitation and scrub between the ore and the machine. Finally, the muddy water of dust and impurities will be discharged to the tailings terminal through the pipe. The ores cleaned fall to the bottom of the chute and will be conveyed by the mechanical screw to be discharged.
