high voltage sources for checking the quality of electrical power cables, motors, switchgear, insulators, transformers and capacitors, which is suitable for electric power branch, power department of factories, scientific research units, railway, chemical industry, and power plants.
Dielectric tester applications
The DC high voltage dielectric tester are used to make proof tests on electrical power cables, motors, switch gear, insulators, transformers and capacitors. Tests are performed by applying controlled high voltages to the unit under test at or above insulation system operating level. Measuring the leakage current helps determine the unit under test's ability to withstand overvoltages such as lightning strikes and switching surges.
DC dielectric test set features
1. With High Frequency Voltage-multiplying circuit and PWM pulse width modulation technology.
2. High precision, accurate measurement. The voltage and current meter are digital display, the voltage resolution is 0.1kV, the current resolution is 1uA.
3. High stability of voltage regulation, full range smooth voltage regulation.
4. Over-voltage setting function displays the over-voltage value during regulation process; perfect protection against discharge of over-voltage, over-current and short circuit. This is the best companion for cable experiments.
