primary and secondary accelerator & vulcanizing agent which can be used in NR, synthetic polyisoprene and NBR in the presence of low level sulfur.it's diisopropyl xanthogen polysulphide whose structure is completely free from nitrogen, phosphorus and metallic elements.it has great synergism effect with other accelerators especially with TBzTD, MBTS and TBBS.

Applications:
Accelerator AS-100 is diisopropyl xanthogen polysulphide, the structure of which is completely free from nitrogen, phosphorus and metallic elements.
Accelerator AS-100 is a FDA approved accelerator for use in NR, synthetic polyisoprene and NBR where formation of N-Nitrosamines and Type IV allergens from conventional accelerators are of prime concern. The vulcanisates obtained with AS-100 are transparent and free from copper staining.
Accelerator AS-100 is recommended for use as a primary and secondary accelerator in the presence of low levels of sulphur. It also acts as a sulphur donor.
Accelerator AS-100 has great synergism effect with other accelerators particularly TBzTD, MBTS and TBBS either in the presence or absence of elemental sulphur
