The Wax Injection Machine is used to make wax patterns in the investment casting process with middle-
temperature wax technology. It features with a multiple improvements of saving energy, high efficiency and good adaptability.

It features with a bigger wax tank and introduces the technology of wax liquid cooling step by step to the paste condition suitable for the optimum process temperature in the wax tank.

With a PLC control system, the injection temperature, injection time and dwell time can be controlled automatically.

Electrical components are all imported products or supplied by joint venture.

Injection nozzle and wax pipe are electrical heating, simple and reliable.

The two stations can work simultaneously, and suitable for the small and medium size product.
