FSH-DS628 is the latest Liquid Nitrogen lyophilized beads packing machine launched by Guangzhou Ascend
Precision machinery company. The system can automatically pack the lyophilized beads into the 8 strip tube, Biodisc, Microfluidic chip, 96 well plate, vials and so on.
After packing the lyophilized beads separately, The container should be sealed. There are many methods for sealing, such as capping or heated Al-plastic film.
Liquid nitrogen lyophilized beads have the advantages of convenient transfer, rapid re dissolving, room temperature transportation and preservation, in addition, the lyophilized beads with small volume, static electricity, easy to break, moisture absorption and re-dissolving. Mass production of lyophilized beads has brought great challenges to Lyophilized beads packing machine.
Guangzhou Ascend technical team analyzed and summarized the above characteristics, we designed and developed automatic lyophilized bead packing equipment, which is used for rapid packing of lyophilized beads.
