Advantage
The soft-seal gate valve overcomes the defects of general gate valve such as poor sealing, fatigue, and easy rust. The soft sealing gate valve is a replacement product of the traditional gate valve. It uses the compensation effect of the elastic gate plate to produce a small amount of deformation to achieve a good sealing effect. The valve has the obvious advantages of light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life, and can be widely used It is used as a regulating and intercepting device on fluid pipelines such as tap water, sewage, construction, food, electricity, medicine, metallurgy, textiles, energy systems, etc.
Features
1. Flat-bottomed seat
The traditional gate valve is often caused by foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, debris and other sludge accumulated in the bottom groove of the valve after the pipe is flushed with water. The bottom of the soft-seal gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris siltation and makes the fluid flow unimpeded.
2. Overall encapsulation
The valve adopts high-quality rubber for integral inner and outer rubber. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve are firmly connected , not easy to fall off, and have good elastic memory.
3. Corrosion resistance
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in sewage systems. Not easy to break. In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often broke due to foreign objects hitting, colliding or overlapping. Due to the use of nodular cast iron for the body, this situation has been greatly reduced.
4. Three "O" type
Because the valve stem adopts three "O" ring seal ring design. It can reduce the frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce water leakage and can replace the sealing ring without stopping the water.
