Introduction of coke fine briquetting machine :
Ball Press Machine can press charcoal powder, charcoal
dust, coal powder, etc into ball or pillow-shaped charcoal. The diameter of briquettes can be 30-60 mm.
Four rollers, two of them can be movable. The final charcoal briquettes with high density are easily burnt, no odor and no smoke. Which is environmental-friendly.
Coke fine briquetting machine application:
It is widely applied to produce powdered coal and fine coke balls, powered charcoal bar of fertilizer industry, applicable to mineral ball of chemical industry, applicable to mineral fines of different kinds of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, applicable to iron scale and dust elimination of metallurgy and applied to produce balls of sludge and refractoriness

The structure features:
1, Feeding part of the ball press machine
The main function of it is to feed materials in fixed quality. And guarantee the materials to enter the rollers. Screw feeding device is consisted of electric-magnetic speed drive, belt wheel and reducer. They put them in the feeding port. Because the speed motor has special character, it can make the machine operates smoothly. If the amount of feed is too large, the feed device can be overload, if the feed amount is small, there is no ball. So good skills is the important condition for the machine operation.
2, Transmission part of the ball press machine
The transmission system is consisted of electric motor-triangle strip-reducer-open gear-roller. The electric-magnetic speed motor offer the powder. Hydraulic protection device make the piston move. The front joint of piston rod in near the bearing basic, this can meet the produce pressure's need. If feeding too much materials or entering metal slug, the hydraulic pump stop. The energy accumulator has the cushion effect for the pressure changing. It can make the system return to normal. The dry-powder machine can change the pressure according to the ball density. And it is easy to operate.
Working principle:
1 First, the powder material will be transfered on to the two pressure roller through the feeder.
2.The natural materials enter the ball roll mode with the roll rotation.
3. Material pressure on a small part become larger, when the material enter into the two pressure rollers, the pressure of materials has reached the peak.
4. Tremendous pressure between the two roller, the powder become finished product.
