Product Description:
Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is a relatively new type of quantitative feeding equipment, can be adapted
to the requirements of continuous production。 It has been widely used in production links of such industrial and mining enterprises as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electric power, machinery, and food, medicine etc. For the massive, granular and powdered material from the storage hopper or funnel in the quantitative uniformity to a continuous feed to the device, could serve as a belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening equipment, cement mill, crusher, pulverize viscosity and the industrial sector of the particles or powder material feed device.
Features:
（1）Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation, non-rotating parts do not need lubrication, convenient maintenance, low operating costs.
（2）Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder use the resonance principle in mechanical vibration, and double plastid work in the near resonance low threshold state, therefore less power is consumed.
（3）Due to can instantaneously change and start or stop feed flow, the feed rate has higher degree of accuracy.
（4）This series of electromagnetic machine vibration control equipment uses thruster half-wave rectification circuit, so in the use of the process could be open by adjusting the angle of SCR easy way to adjust to the level without charge, and can achieve the centralized control of production processes and automation .
（5）Due to the feeding trough in the material feeding process is continuous throw up, and according to the parabolic trajectory forward to jumping movement, so feed groove wear smaller
（6）This series of electromagnetic machine is not applicable in places with explosion-proof requirements.
