I. Features
Pankie HBC-2-1518 rubber is liquid form,
double–component, and room temperature fast solidification electronic appliance sealant.
At normal temperature, it will get cured within 15 minutes.
This item is extinguished in this field all over the world.

It is elastic after the sealant is solidified, and it’s excellent in resisting
interchange of high and low temperature.
Its aging resistance, insulation and elasticity performance are very good at the range of -60 to +200 ℃. The glue layer has excellent damp proof, waterproof, anti-detonation, able to bear corona, resist electricity-leaking performance. It also has physiological inertia, the nonpoisonous, tasteless, easy to be poured, low shrinking rate, easy to operate characteristic.
II. Typical usage:
HBC-2-1518 is used in precision electronic circuit board for its coating protection, sticking of some electronic elements is sealed and se damp proof sealant.
This kind of sealant is used as the waterproof, the encapsulating of accurate transducer, electronic devices and components, accurate module, etc.
It mainly protect the electronic circuit or electronic devices and components in the unfavorable external environment, for instance: Electronic application is electric insulating;
Electronic circuit or damp proof and antipollution function of the electronic devices and components;
reduce the striking to machinery or hot pressure to the circuit electronic or components and parts sensitive.
Congeal the electronic devices and components that the glue encapsulated with transparent silicon, not only can play resisting shock, waterproof protective action, and also check the components and parts and can measure out the trouble of the components and parts with the probe, and then adjust.
The damaged silicon can be encapsulated and mended to congeal the glue again too. Especially the application on the transducer, make the relevant parameters of the transducer keep steady in a long-term.

IV, usage methods:
1, Clean the surface of the objects before smearing the glue. Remove the dust mark, dust and greasy dirt, etc.
2, smear the glue: Turn on the block of the rubber tube, allocate evenly according to the proportion of 100:100, the time should be from 3 minutes to 6 minutes, crowd the glue liquid to the surface that has been cleaned, carry on coating and pour onto the surface of the objects.
3, Solidify: put the part glued parts in air, . The process of the solidifying is from the surface to the internal. In the 24 hours, (the room temperature and 55% relative humidity) the glue will solidify for the depth of 4-6mm, if the position is deeper, especially the place that is not easy to touch the air, solidifying time will be lengthened.
If the temperature is relatively low, solidifying time will lengthen.
