1)Whole equipment frame is welded by 16Mn(high manganese steel Q345)
2)With more large-diameter inlet steam pipes, to achieves evenly heating.
3)Special mold-locking Structure, to ensure enough mold-locking force.
4)There is an balance guiding bar in the movable mold chamber so that it can locate the position of open/close the mold, to ensure the accuracy of mold seam.
5)Set an high efficient condenser as an independent vacuum cooling system.
6)Equipment control system use full digital proportional control, having an precise control of production energy consumption.
7)Using big diameter valve can offer enough supplying capacity in an instant, to short the molding cycle time.
8)Steam room use special Thermal insulation material; realize the insulation, heat insulation of mold cavity.
9)the main rod can be disassembled independently.
