Our waste circuit boards precious metal refining pcb recycle machine help you get metals, resin powder
and fiber powder from used Printed Circuit boards. Such as, waste computer boards, waste cellphone boards, waste TV boards, pcb scrap etc.
Because of the high value of the metals, fiber and resin, there is no doubt that this series plants not only help to change waste to treasure, but also bring great economic benefits.
Through years of practice and theoretical analysis, we obtain the best separation result, the separating purity can be reached to 99%.
1. Physical separation:
1). Dismantling machine, which is used to separate the components on the pcb boards.
2). Two class crusher make the mother board into pieces of 1cm*1cm size, and pulverizing machine are used
to get the mixed material powder.
3). The metal and non-metal are separated throught air flow separator and electrostatic separation.
4). The whole separation line is in closed processing, no pollution produced.
2. Chemical separation:
We can get the valuable material such as Au, Ag, Ba from the metal powder after the physical separation, if you need this process please tell us your pcb in details.
