Product Description:HY0812E Hydrostatic Head Tester used to measure water penetration resistance of many kinds of fabric
which with waterproof treatment, such as canvas, coating cloth, tent cloth, tarpaulin, rainproof clothing fabric and geotextile materials, etc. This machine can perform different test method including dynamic test method, static test method and program test method.
Features
1. Use touch screen to control, very easy to operate, language can be change between Chinese and English
2. Adopt Japanese Panasonic servo motor and drive system
3. Use microcomputer and servo to control water flow, to make sure the precision of pressure add speed, the pressure add speed is stepless settable and seed range is very wide.
4. Use imported high precision pressure sensor.
5. The pressure sensor with overload protection, dynamic feedback regulation pressure control, to avoid the pressure overload.
6. Pneumatic clamp, make the loading force evenly to sample, avoid the sample be damaged, easy to mount sample.
7. Five test modes: supercharge method, constant pressure & timing method, constant pressure & fixed time, water seepage & leakage method, crooked & relaxation method.
8. Auto to rating, according to the built-in test standard.
9. Five display unit free to change, Kpa, mmH2O, cmH2O, PSI, Bar
10. Built-in professional LED light, easy to observe drops, and equipped with specialized drops record button, can record lot of pressure result
11. The machine equipped with RS232 port to connect with PC, professional software for online operate and analysis date. The test report can store and print.
