Fabric Textile 45 Degree Flammability Tester 16CFR 1610
Application:
1. Scope of application:
It is
suitable for all kinds of fabrics and their products. The surface is ignited in the direction of 45 ° to determine the combustion performance of the fabric and the classification of the combustion performance.
2, meet the standards:
2.1 Meet the requirements of GB / T14644-2014 "Determination of Textile Combustion Performance at 45 ° Combustion Rate";
2.2 Comply with 16CFR 1610-2008 "Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles" standard requirements;
3. Main performance parameters:
3.1. Test box: The internal dimensions are: 350mm high, 370mm wide and 220mm deep. The top 12 vent
holes with a diameter of 12.7mm. The front is a glass observation window;
3.2. Test stand: It can support and fix the test stand
so that it is inclined at an angle of 45 °, and can adjust its relative position with the front end of the flame according to the
different thickness of the sample;
3.3 Sample clamp: It consists of two 2.0mm thick U-shaped steel plates, and the inner frame
size is 152mm * 38mm, the sample is fixed in the middle of the two plates, and the two sides are clamped with clamps;
3.4 Burner:Composed of 41/2 gauge syringe needles;
3.5 Gas: butane (chemically pure)
3.6 Marking thread: white cotton mercerized sewing thread (11.7tex * 3)
3.7 Heavy hammer: weight 30kg;
3.8 Timer: 0 ~ 99.99s / m automatic timing;
3.9 Equipped with bristle device;
3.10 Flowmeter: It is a rotor flowmeter; 3.11 Needle valve: adjust the height of the flame; 3.12 Flame measuring scale: measure the flame height of the burner with an accuracy of 1mm; the flame height is 16mm 3.13 Igniter: Automatic ignition for high pressure
