It is suitable for testing the flammability of vertical vertical textiles and components by igniting the edges and bottom edges, as well as testing the flammability of fabrics and fabric combinations for sleepwear, curtains and drapes, and protective clothing fabrics.

ISO textile burning tester, fabric vertical multi-functional burning tester technical parameters
1、Floor stand, no need to put on the operating table, convenient for the operator to use
2, large combustion rack, can hang a variety of test needle frame, to meet the needs of different testing standards
3、Equipped with 7 kinds of test needle frames and 1 set of stainless steel sample clamps to meet the testing standards of various countries
4、Roller screw to adjust the burner forward and backward, burner height can be adjusted by knob
5、One-touch ignition method, using electric spark ignition
6、Gas: butane and propane combustion gas (user-provided) can be programmed to switch
7、Flame angle indicator panel can show the operating angle
8, the host comes with a flame height measuring tape, detecting the vertical flame height
9, stepper motor drive mode, can drive the burner movement
10、Ignition device angle accuracy of 0.18 degrees, positioning
11, the host adopts outdoor operation mode, can protect the safety of testers
12、Support arm system, can rotate and adjust the control box, easy to operate
13、Touch screen operation mode, easy to use for the operator
14、Human-machine interface and PLC control mode, prefabricated testing standards of various countries
