Label Remover Machine:
The label remover machine is responsible for separating the label from plastic bottles in PET recycling before these bottles are crushed.The label remover machine blades combine flat blades and sharp blades in appropriate proportion that can promote work efficiency and prevent bottles from damage. Its removable blades are easy to replace and save labor.In PET bottle washing recycling line, label remover machine is used in removing the labels and getting the PET bottles without labels.
Plastic Crusher Machine:
The plastic crusher machine is specially used for PET bottles crushing.It offers several features including smooth feeding, stable operation, low energy consumption, low vibration and noise, strong structure, low maintenance cost and long service life. Using the impact of water, wet crushing not only enhances the friction and cleaning effect of PET flakes, but also reduces the friction heat and PET debris due to the cooling effect of water, and protects the following machines and extend their service life.
