Fumaric acid can be named fumerate as well, its chemical name is trans-Butenedioic acid.

1, Food grade of fumaric acid as sourness tastes sterling, used in soda pop, fruit juice and konfyts.

3, Feed grade of fumaric acid and the ester as acidic antiseptic can improve the tasty and effect.
4, Tech grade of fumaric acid can be used in unsaturation resine and alkyds, and it is the material of electrophoretic paint.
