FZB self-priming pump is widely used, such as: pumping the corrosive liquid in the underground tank to
the target location, pumping the bottom end The acid and alkali in the acid-base tank without outlet are pumped to the target location, or used for circulation among multiple acid-base tanks, or for unloading acid and so on.
The FZB type fluoroplastic alloy self-priming pump produced by our company is suitable for long-term transportation of acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, and various corrosive media of any concentration and medium at temperatures ranging from -80 ℃ to 160 ℃ (excluding fast hard medium crystalline media). The overcurrent part is all molded and processed with fluoroplastic alloy, which combines the advantages of various fluoroplastics, has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition.
The FZB self-priming pump is a new type of fluoroplastic alloy corrosion-resistant series product designed according to the requirements of users in the chemical industry, filling the domestic gap. The pump adopts patented technology, which requires filling the pump body with solution before the first start, and does not require water injection or vacuum pumping for frequent starts in the future. It is easy to operate, safe and convenient.
The production, manufacturing, and inspection specifications, bench testing, and filing of FZB type fluoroplastic alloy self-priming pumps are pending investigation to ensure the quality of the series of products. This product is widely used for lifting and transporting tanks or underground liquids in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide dyes, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, and food. The seal adopts a mechanical seal jointly produced by the British company Gran and China. It has been well received by users in the market for several years and has helped users solve many difficulties. It is an ideal deep liquid level lifting conveying pump.
