Furnace is heated by natural gas, can ensure average thermal distribution surrounding zinc kettle, and partial overheating will not happen.
ANNUO Galvanizing furnace consist of three systems: Furnace body system, burning system, control system.
Furnace body steel structure is welded by section steel and steel plates, the material is high quality carbon steel. And strictly control the welding deformation to ensure the stiffness and strength of the furnace
Furnace internal lining layers adopt ceramic refractory fiber compound structure (Ceramic refractory fiber layer thickness 60mm; Ceramic high aluminum refractory fiber folding block thickness 300mm
Adopt Velocity burning nozzle and controller.
Temperature control system consist of PLC system, instruments and gauges, ratio pulse control system.
The furnace body adopt ceramic fiber modular assembling structure. It appear lower temperature outside the wall and Less heat waste while working.
Galvanizing furnace is designed for easily inspection. Especially the burner, ventilation, regulated valve and other control parts inspection is accessible and proceed in the No-stop production state.
