Glued Hooked End Steel Fiber for Industrial Flooring is a high-performance concrete reinforcement material
designed specifically for industrial floors exposed to heavy loads, abrasion, impact, and continuous traffic. It consists of hooked-end steel fibers bundled with water-soluble glue, which ensures excellent dispersion during mixing and eliminates fiber balling.
After mixing, the glue dissolves completely, allowing the fibers to distribute evenly throughout the concrete matrix, forming a three-dimensional reinforcement system that significantly improves floor durability, crack resistance, and load-bearing capacity.
Hooked end steel fiber is used to replace or reduce traditional steel mesh reinforcement in industrial concrete flooring systems. It enhances the structural performance of concrete by improving its behavior under:
Heavy forklift traffic
Static and dynamic loads
Abrasion and wear
Shrinkage and thermal stress
Glued bundled fibers make mixing easier and ensure uniform reinforcement distribution throughout large floor slabs.
