Product Description:
The ball grinder is a kind of equipment to grind ores and other materials with powder to obtain desirable
granularity of products. The ball grinder designed and manufactured by our company has been widely applied in such industries as metallurgy, mining, building materials and chemical industry home and abroad.
The ball grinder is mainly composed of feeding, charging, main bearing, barrel, transmission, discharging parts and main motor. The barrel of grinder is driven by the motor through transmission and deceleration of gear pair to rotate in appropriate rotary speed. The medium for ore grinding is lifted to a definite height under the action of centrifugal force, friction and gravity and then drop down in throwing up or falling state. The materials within barrel are crushed under impact of medium.
Meanwhile, the materials are ground under grinding stripping action due to rolling or sliding of medium. The materials are discharged through discharge hole after being ground. The grinder may be provided with air clutch, slow driving/jacking/jet lubrication devices as required. The ordinary sliding bearing, dynamic/static pressure bearing, hydrostatic bearing and rolling bearing may be adopted for main bearing of grinder as required.
The rolling bearing can be adopted for main bearing of ball grinder below Φ6200 (includingΦ6200) series manufactured by our company, which is characterized by simple structure, high efficiency as well as easy installation and maintenance.
The magnetic lining plate may be adopted for ball grinder as required, which is thinner compared with the metal one, lighter in weight and longer in life. It can reduce the energy consumption while improving output and is applicable for two-section grinder generally. Our company is able to design and manufacture the grinder with various specifications for multiple uses based on customer demands.
As a kind of fixed feeding machinery, plate feeder is auxiliary equipment for crushing process and feeds materials continuously and uniformly to primary breaker through feed bin while being available for short-range material handling. Plate feeder is particularly useful for conveyance of materials with large specific gravity, relatively large grain size and strong abradability and can operate reliably under extreme conditions such as open environment and damp environment etc. Having been widely used in industries of metallurgy, mine, cement and building material etc. Plate feeder could be either horizontally mounted or be installed in an inclined in and inclined manner a maximum inclination angle of 25º.
We can produce plate feeders of various specifications and models including heavy, medium, light-duty and new-style (OK board) plate feeders. Compared with old-style heavy duty feeding machine, the new-style feeding machine features more rational overall structure and convenient installation, disassembly and maintenance. 3.Drive unit incorporates integrated hanging and single-point folating structure that could reduce mounting error and prolong the service life of transmission system.
Depending on requirements of different users, drive unit combinations include planetary orthogonal reducer combination, Flender orthogonal reducer combination and cycloidal planetary gear combination. Caterpillar chain (or self-fabricated chain) is used as driving chain of scraping belt device. Scraping belt employs two lapping methods, i.e. singe circle and double arc, both of which feature resistance to impact, wear and material leakage. The overall equipment incorporates keyless joint that contributes to compact structure, convenient mounting and removal and outstanding chain synchronization.
Vertical mill, there are many different forms, but its working principle are basically the same. All these forms of machinery with the grinding roll(or the equivalent of roller grinding parts), grinding roll, moving along the horizontal circular trajectory on the grinding table by external pressure on grinding roll of vertical, on the grinding table material is extruded and shear joint action, and to be able to crush.
