Products Name Laryngeal Mask Airway
Type Common used; Strengthened by steel wire
Size 1.0; 1.5; 2.0;

Features and advantages 1. Ventilation effect is good, low incidence of hypoxemia, easily fixed.
2. Less Stimulation; respiratory mechanical obstruction and pharyngalgia postoperative.
3. Inserting and pulling out can lead a less response of cardiovascular system.
4. Put into without using the laryngoscope and nondepolarizing agent.
5. Allowed to use much anesthetic within a short time; can provide a better operation condition.
6. Under the use of laryngeal mask of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the patient can get a resonant ventilation effect, using the cover can be less cause the amplitude increased of intraocular pressure, less choking cough postoperative.
Applicable Scope 1.Apply to artificial ventilation who was in general anesthesia.
2.Apply to fiberoptic laser vocal operation, tracheal or bronchial small tumor operation.
3.Instead of mask, Oropharyngeal channel device, Endotracheal tube (ETT).
Contraindications:
1) Satiety, intra-abdominal pressure is too high, there are vomiting, regurgitation aspiration highly dangerous, recurrent
vomiting flow history of the patient.
2) The patients of throat infection or other pathological changes.
3) Must maintain the operation of continuous positive airway pressure. Air pressure should be greater than 25 cmh2o
chronic respiratory disease patients.
4) The patients of respiratory tract bleeding.
5) The patients of tonsil abnormal enlargement. Patients with potential airway obstruction, such as compression, softening, throat tracheal tumor, abscess, hematoma, etc.
6) Other uses in clinicians’ guidance.
