Product Description:
ML-25 polymer ester is a high molecular weight polymer ester lubricant. Chlorine or sulfur based extreme
pressure additives can be completely or partially replaced in industrial oils or metalworking fluids.
Its advantage is that it does not contain phosphorus, sulfur, or chlorine, which can reduce the growth of bacteria.
It has good biological stability, and the isomeric structure in the molecule gives it antibacterial properties, thereby reducing the amount of fungicides used.
ML-25 polyesters have excellent thermal, oxidation and hydrolysis stability and hard water resistance, which can effectively maintain the stability of lotion, reduce tool wear and volatile loss of cutting fluid, and ensure the long-term operation of the system.
ML-25 polymer ester can dissolve in cycloalkyl oils and most paraffin based oils.
Instructions for use: It can be used in industrial oils and oil-based cutting fluids, as well as in water-based cutting fluids (semi synthetic, emulsion). Recommended usage: 5-15%.
Packaging: ML-25 polymer ester is shipped in 25 liter plastic drums with a net weight of 25 kilograms. Or shipped in 200 liter plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kilograms.
