CNC High-precision Guillotine Shears for laser welding
Common metal shear principles and characteristics:
Shear
angle is large and shear force is small.
Blade clearance is relatively uniform, so as to improve the wear between the upper and lower blades and improve their service life.
Generally, there are only about 1/3 bright shear bands on the shear face. The rest are tear bands.
The straightness error is large. Burr is large and the shearing accuracy is not high. So, the cut sheet metal needs to be reprocessed.
SC High Precision CNC Hydraulic Shear Machine
The precision shearing machine has the following characteristics:
Small shear angle, large shear force and small distortion.
High strength of frame and good straightness of steel cutting blade.
The blade clearance is very very even. The wear between the upper and lower blades is reduced. Long service life of blade.
Quality of the shear end face is high and the burr is small. The error of perpendicularity and straightness of the shear end face is small.
The range of WUXI SHENCHONG high-precision shearing machine is 0.03mm/m. Laser welding shall not exceed 0.1mm. Therefore, the plate cut by Shenchong machine tool is very suitable for laser welding. Moreover, the cutting speed is several times faster than the laser cutting machine.
With cutting linear accuracy: ±0.03mm, back gauge repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.02mm and back gauge optional positioning accuracy: ±0.03mm, SHENCHONG High Precision CNC Guillotine Shearing Machine can be used to serve for laser tailor welding!
